This policy explains cancellation rules, booking amendments, and refund handling on TIT Booking in a clear and fair way.
A booking becomes confirmed only after the order is created and recorded in the system. Final payment may still require an active gateway or manual review depending on the selected payment method.
Cancellation charges vary by hotel, offer, or supplier. Non-refundable offers remain non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Changes to dates, occupancy, or room type are subject to actual availability and any rate differences or supplier rules.
If the guest does not arrive on the booked date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no-show and full or partial charges may apply.
When a reservation is eligible for a refund, the amount is processed back to the original payment route whenever possible after supplier validation. Final timing depends on the gateway and issuing bank.
Force majeure, proven operational errors, or failed collections may require manual review to protect both the customer and the platform.
The platform may hold, review, or reject any booking that shows unusual payment patterns, misleading guest data, or suspected abuse.
