By using TIT Booking, you agree to the following terms governing bookings, platform usage, and interactions with hotels and payments.
Users must provide accurate and current information. Fake identities, misleading details, or unauthorized account activity are not permitted.
Rates and availability reflect the latest data available to the platform and may change if the supplier updates the inventory before final confirmation.
Guests are responsible for checking dates, occupancy, room type, and hotel policies before submission and for presenting valid documents on arrival.
The site may not be used for payment probing, fake bookings, abusive automation, or repeated requests intended to bypass commercial or technical controls.
Client-side values are never trusted as final amounts. Booking totals are validated server-side using actual hotel data and the selected payment route.
The platform may suspend, reject, or cancel any request that presents fraud indicators, conflicting information, security failures, or policy violations.
The platform aims to provide accurate and secure service, but liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
